CONTEXT：
Internal and External Relationships。
Cultivate internal relationships with other co－workers at Yang Quarry， management and Production Teams. A close working relationship with the Maintenance Engineer， Processing Manager.
Develop external relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Decision Making Authority.
Responsible for the programming of all maintenance tasks within the unit. Responsible for the choosing of Suppliers and Spare parts and ordering within the limits of his authorisation.
All individuals at the site have the authority to prevent stop and report， any unsafe act they observe in the course of their normal duties.
The input of employees in terms of SHE and operational improvements is an important part of the management of the site.
NEED TO DO
Key Outputs/Accountabilities
To maintain high standards of SHE in areas of responsibility and adhere to company and local Safety procedures.
To maintain the plant in a cost effective manner.
To carry out daily plant maintenance inspections.
To prioritise items for repair from daily plant inspections.
Flexibility i.e. Working Shift Pattern if required， Overtime and sickness cover.
The running， Housekeeping and any SHE issues relating to the workshop.
The ability to fault find and decide the appropriate action to be taken.
The ability to carry out risk assessments， permits to work etc from own initiative before work commences.
To ensure plant is maintained in a safe and proper condition.
Responsible for the purchasing of spares required to maintain the dry stone processing equipment. And working to strict budget guidelines.
Responsible to plan and implement all maintenance requirements for the unit by developing a planned maintenance program.
To effectively manage a small team of fitters and electricians.
To liase closely with outside contractor partners involved with the maintenance regimes at the unit.
The recording of all maintenance Tasks and Inspections.

1、负责制定公共区域、客房、餐厅的装饰、装潢、厨房、PA设备、等设备的维修保养计划，并保证这些计划的实施。
2、掌握酒店设备的正常运行和日常维修，接受并组织实施工程部经理主管的运行调度令和日常维修工作令，检查维修质量，保证满足对客服务要求。
3、根据工程部经理的要求，监督外单位承担大修、技术改造和工程项目，并组织人员密切配合，保证工程符合规定的要求。
4、协助工程部经理制定设备维修、技术改造和设备更新等计划的执行中如发生问题及时向工程部经理汇报。
